We are so glad we chose to work with Kori for our home purchase. We met her because she was representing the sellers of a home we were interested in. Since we had not selected a realtor yet, we scheduled with her to take a tour of the home. Once we decided to consider buying as opposed to renting, we needed to also decide on a realtor. Kori is such a warm and genuinely friendly person, and we felt so comfortable with her from the very beginning that we decided to have her represent us too.
When showing houses, she was very unobtrusive, but always right there to answer our questions. To no fault of her own, we had quite a time trying to satisfy our lender with inspections, repeat inspections and last minute requests for information. Kori was right there by email and phone every step of the way to help us get things taken care of.
I would highly recommend Kori Smith if you are considering buying a home in the Mariposa area. (less)

Kori is competent, patient, trustworthy and just delightful. We had tried to buy a house in San Diego and no agent came close to Kori's professionalism! When we started our house hunt in Sierra Foothill, it was sellers' market and we didn't find anything we wanted that we could afford for over two years. Kori never gave up on us---I think we were extremely picky buyers but she kept encouraging us to look. I still remember how she would climb up a steep hill with my husband without any hesitation, so that he could get a better look at a property. We are very happy with the house we bought with her help, and although we don't think we will let it go anytime soon, if we do we know who to ask to be our listing agent! (less)
